Fenugreek for Rapid Muscle-Gain, Fat-Loss & Longevity!

Fenugreek has been clinically proven to provide numerous, often incredible, and rapid athletic performance benefits.

These include increased strength, improved overall body composition, reduced blood insulin levels, and accelerated post-workout recovery, likely due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

For example, in this 2010 Randomized control trial, supplementing with 500 mg of fenugreek extract for just 2 months was linked to an extra 100 lbs participants could lift - vs. placebo?

In this more recent (2016) study of Fenugreek extract, there was a significant reduction in body fat and skinfold thickness by 8 weeks of treatment increase in muscle strength, and a substantial rise in repetitions to failure.

In another 8-week, randomized control study done in 2020, participants who took 600 mg of fenugreek extract showed decreases in body mass of 1.2 kg, −1.4% body fat, and an increase in lean mass (1.8%) at 8 weeks.

The 600 mg group also demonstrated an increase in testosterone concentration from baseline to 8 weeks. The study, which involved 138 men aged 25 to 47, concluded that Fenugreek may be an effective ergogenic aid for individuals wanting to rapidly improve their exercise performance and body composition.

This 2020 meta-analysis looked at 4 significant studies, yet more robust evidence for the incredible yet rapid muscle building, fat loss, and general fitness enhancement from fenugreek extract.

Not only that, but studies also suggest fenugreek extract is "safe and effective for use in treating type 2 diabetes". This may be due to its metabolic enhancement effects.

And if that weren't enough - yet another 2020 double-blind, randomized control trial concluded that fenugreek supplementation is an effective nutritional intervention for improving "aging male symptoms, anxiety levels, and even grip strength"!

And when it comes to grip strength:

"There is [strong] evidence supporting an inverse association between handgrip strength and all-cause mortality. A meta-analysis with 2,000,000 participants found higher levels of handgrip strength to be associated with lower risk of all-cause mortality, irrespective of age and length of follow-up" - Source 2022 Meta-Analysis
